This Chevy S-10 was brought to us with a 2" c-notch, as you can see this is a very small notch! (picture 1) |
The truck also had a single 3" block lowering the back of the truck, along with the stock shocks giving the truck a poor ride. (picture 2) | ![]() picture 2 |

The difference between the super c-notch and and the old c-notch is as plain as day. The 4" super c-notch will allow the extra clearance needed to allow the truck to sit on it's frame! (picture 3) |
To begin the the installation of the super c-notch a piece of 12" long 2x1x1/4" box tubing was welded into place to provide support while the frame is notched. (picture 4) | ![]() picture 4 |

At this angle you really get to see just how big the super c-notch is! The massive 4" notch will allow the clearance needed to lay the frame to the pavement! (picture 5) |
The super c-notch is primered and ready to begin the installation of the air bags used to control the ride height of this S-10! (picture 6) | ![]() picture 6 |
