Past tense (Simple)
We use this tense when we talk about actions which were completed at a definite time in the past. (We know when they happened)
Your dog ate something and it got sick so you took it to the vet. All this happened yesterday. One of the major problems here is to learn the Past Form of the irregular verbs.
