Here's the latest from Adam Sandler and I have to say it was a disappointment to some extent. I didn't think this film had near the comic creativeness of his past films. I think that Happy Gilmore and the Wedding Singer are MUCH better films. However, I did laugh quite a few times. Unfortunately, the only thing I found really funny consistently through the movie were the tackling scenes. The dialogue has less punch than usual Sandler films and in fact a lot of it wasn't funny at all. It's one of the times when you just kind of stare at the screen knowing that you should be laughing now, but nothing funny happened on screen. All in all, I'd say the film is ok for laughs but don't go to it expecting your typical classic Adam Sandler movie.
