Urdar, the Well of Fate, is located in Asgard. The world tree Yggdrasil is partially rooted here and drinks from it's waters. The Aesir gather here daily for council.

Additionally, the Norns pour water from the well over the branhes of Yggdrasil to try and keep the tree from rotting.
