Send your cash gift and one copy of your completed gifting statement to your sponsor exactly as outlined below:
1.) Securely wrap your $10,000.00 Cash Gift in a full sheet of
dark colored construction paper, card or cardboard.
2.) Place both your $10,000.00 Cash Gift and ONE COPY of your completed Gifting Statement inside a security tinted envelope and seal it. A security tinted envelope is one that conceals the contents of
the envelope so that it is not seen from the outside.
Note: If you are sending a Tier 4 Level gift ($5,000)
or Tier 5 Level gift ($10,000), be sure to place the Cash Gift and Gifting Statement inside a secure
cardboard box obtained through your chosen overnight courier).
3.) Using UPS, DHL or FEDEX Priority Overnight service only, (NOT the United States Postal Service), ship the secure envelope (or box) to your SPONSOR, using the name and address below:

Send your TOCS New Member Application, a second copy of your TOCS Gifting Statement, your TOCS System and Application Processing Fee Form, and your TOCS System and Application Processing Fee to TOCS as outlined below:
1.) Place your TOCS New Member Application Form plus a 2nd COPY of your completed Gifting Statement and your TOCS System & Application Processing Fee Form (and required
$1,000.00 in CASH) inside a strong & secure envelope and seal it.
2.) Using UPS, DHL or FEDEX Priority Overnight service only, (NOT the United States Postal Service), ship the secure envelope (or box) to TOCS at the address below:

Once you have both packages sent off, you will log back into your TOCS back office (this page) and enter the tracking numbers for both packages below:
PLEASE NOTE: It is VERY important that you enter your tracking information CAREFULLY and CORRECTLY, as this tracking information will be used to track your two packages. Entering invalid or inaccurate tracking numbers will result in a delay of your TOCS account being approved and activated.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Please read the following important information regarding the shipment of your cash gift and completed paperwork.
• Your Gift should be paid in CASH ONLY (unless otherwise specified in Step #2 above).
• When shipping your two overnight envelopes REQUIRE A SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY (unless otherwise specified by your sponsor).
• DO NOT send any paperwork or cash by regular mail or through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Use FEDEX, UPS or DHL only. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
• If asked to declare a value for your overnight packages, simply DECLARE $1.00 AS THE VALUE for both domestic and international overnight packages.
• When declaring the contents of your overnight packages, simply LIST THE CONTENTS AS "DOCUMENTS".
• Should the overnight courier company require a phone number on your shipment to TOCS, include our phone number: (888) 496-8229. |

notified and approved by TOCS Admin. You can then revisit your TOCS Back Office to activate your
