INDECENT EXPOSURE

E-mail: twmolakides@menlopark.org Suspect: Hispanic male adult, 20-30 years of age approximately 5’8" tall with a thin build. The suspect was last seen wearing a bright pink button down collared shirt and faded blue jeans. The suspect at the time of this incident was riding an unknown colored mountain bike. Incident Summary: On the morning of 9-28-01 at about 1030 a.m., the female victim was walking S/B on Van Buren Road near the Ringwood Ave. pedestrian foot bridge when the pictured suspect rode past her on his bicycle. The suspect after passing the victim stopped ahead of her on the side of the roadway. As the victim approached the suspect, she noticed that his zipper was down and that he was masturbating. The victim passed the suspect and continued on to work, calling to report the incident later in the day. A composite sketch of the suspect has been completed and a copy is available at Menlo Park P. D. Communications and is shown below.
