Bank Robbery From: Sergeant Andrew Kline, Patrol Telephone Extension: (650) 330-6341 E-mail: amkline@menlopark.org On December 30, 2003 at 3:18pm an adult male walked into the Union Bank, located at 714 Santa Cruz Ave. The subject approached a teller and demanded cash. He stated that he had a gun, however no weapon was brandished or seen. The bank teller handed the subject an undisclosed amount of cash. He then walked out of the bank through the rear doors, toward Oak Grove Ave. The suspect is described as a white male adult in his late 20s or 30s, 5’9” tall with a large build. He was wearing a blue baseball cap, a blue shirt and dark jeans. He had dark hair, and a goatee. No one was injured during this incident.
