The Bremen bark AEOLUS was built at Libau, Kurland (now Liepaja, Latvia) by Hugo Slevogt. 447 Lasten; 132 x 33 Bremer Fuß / 38,19 x 9,55 meters (length x beam). The AEOLUS flew the Bremen flag only a short time, passing through several owners before being sold foreign in 1856.
