| It wasn't as if the families I met wanted to put it behind them, either. They knew what happened--they were almost cheerful about it. Everyone I talked to was very open with me, and y'know what? None of them thought a comedy about it was a bad idea. People died in these camps. People lived in these camps. People were conceived in them. And that was just last century.
