Sorry to bother you but I do have a small favour to ask of you. In the next couple of days I have some out of town visitors that are expected to be coming through town from out east. They are traveling across the country and have said they will be stopping by to visit for a few days. I think you'll really like them.

As I just don't have enough space to accomodate them here, hope you don't mind but I told them I have some friends near by who have some space out back to put them up for a few days and I gave them your address and directions to find your home. You can be expecting them to be arriving any time soon, if not during the weekend then early next week. Don't worry about having to supply them with anything as they are fully equiped, they say, with their own provisions so they shouldn't be inconvienceing you too much I would think.

I really appreaciate you doing this for me. Just so you know what they look like, I have included a recent home video clip they sent me that they took of themselves just as they were leaving on their trip. Let me know when they get there if you don't hear from me before they arrive.
