If you have any other problems, try the following: 1) Remove your CPU and Memory and reinsert them into the motherboard 2) Be sure to have a good power supply that's AMD approved for your CPU. 3) Be sure your memory is good at 133 (266 for DDR). Test with Memtest86 in another system if possible. 4) Be sure to use the latest BIOS update. 5) Be sure to use Normal or Safe BIOS memory settings. 6) Be sure your CPU temperature is reasonable (less than 70C in BIOS). 7) Try a different power supply, even if yours is good. 8) Try a different CPU. (Athlon XP recommended.)
