As I've never seen the Japanese version of Sailor Moon, all of this is based on the manga, other profiles I've read and the newly dubbed episodes airing now on Cartoon Network. :)
Anyway... Sailor Neptune is the Senshi of the Deep Sea. Her Talisman is the Deep Aqua mirror, and her attacks are pretty powerful... but so are the attacks of all the Outer Senshi. :) As a senshi, she is very rigid and devoted to her mission. She would sacrifice almost anything to get where she wants to be... but that's *almost* anything.
Michiru herself is very lady-like, talented, intellegent... blahblah. She the most "princess-like" of all the senshi, I think... certainly more so than the Moon Princess herself. :) She plays the violin and is fairly famous, and she also enjoys painting and swimming. She's perfect, or nearly so. Urgh.
Michiru is involved with Haruka, though neither has ever actually admitted this to the other senshi. She's the "mother" of the pair, oftentimes taking care of Haruka and keeping her out of trouble. While she is more passive in their relationship, she certainly isn't any *weaker* than Haruka.
Ok, here's a funny... in the dumbed-down dub, she and "Amara" are COUSINS! ROFL! Ohhhh geez. That's too funny. Cousins! ::walking away, chuckling and shaking my head::
::returning with a sheepish smile:: I wasn't done yet, was I? Ok, my opinion on Michiru (or should I say Michelle, since the characters are most likely rather different?) is that she tries very hard to be kind and good in everything she does. That's nice, isn't it? Too bad she and "Amara" have to be so bitchy about the silly heart crystals!!
