Have Spider-Man As Character
At the main menu screen, hold R while pressing Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Start to get Spider-Man.

Cheat Menu
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing B, A, Down, A, Start, Start, B, A, Right, B, Right, A, Up, Left. A cheat menu with some included cheats will now be available at the Options menu.

All Levels Opened
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing A, Start, A, Right, Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Up, Down. Every level in the game will be opened for you to play.

No Blood Mode
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing B, Left, Up, Down, Left, Start, Start. Blood will be turned off.

"Happy Face" Blood Mode
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing Start, A, Down, B, A, Left, Left, A, Down. Happy faces will replace blood in the game.

Zero Time
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing Left, Up, Start, Up, Right. The time limit for each level you play will be set to zero.

Disco Zoom Mode
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing Left, A, Start, A, Right, Start, Right, Up, Start.

All Levels Open w/ Max Cash
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R while pressing B, A, Left, Down, B, Left, Up, B, Up, Left, Left.

Fly Mode
At the main menu or pause screen, hold R and press Left, A, Start, A, Right, Up, Start. To fly, press and hold B.

Open Cheat Menu
At the Main Menu or Pause screen, hold R and press B, A, Down, A, Start, Start, B, A, Right, B, Right, A, Up, Left.

Unlock Mindy
At the Main Menu or Pause screen, hold R and press A, Left, Left, Up, Right, B, A, Start.
