In China everyone eats with chopsticks. It's pretty amazing how quickly and well most Chinese people can eat with these two thin sticks, usually made of bamboo or plastic, held between your thumb and index and middle fingers.
Also in China, when you eat a meal, all the dishes are set in the middle of the table and everyone just shares. You don't serve yourself some of each dish onto your plate, you just use your chopsticks to take one bite at a time. It's really fun.
