In China, like Nepal, they don't have so many worries about how clean and sanitary everything stays.

I walked past many, many dead animals hanging in the meat sellers shop before I got used to it. But to Chinese people it is totally normal to see the meat hanging there out in the open.

If they found their pork all cut up already and wrapped in plastic, they would probably think it really weird.
