Liandra and Mac are both nominated for the Congressional Medal of Honor after their actions on the way to an investigation site located in an active war zone. To complicate matters, Lt. Meg Austin, Liandra's nemesis for Animal's affections, newly reassigned to JAG, finds out about Liandra’s nomination and weasels her way onto the investigation team, determined to thwart her receipt of the MoH.
