Hello, my name is Nancy Jandt. I would like to tell you a little something about myself and my family. I have been married to my husband, Russ, for 25 years. We have a son and a daughter, both currently away at college.We have 2 cats, who keep everyone amused with their still kittenish antics.I started my child care when my own children were little and even though they no longer need my daily care I love my profession and take great pride in my child care. I maintain a non-smoking home.
I have been licensed by the State of Illinois since 1988. I achieved NAFCC (National Association for Family Child Care) Accreditation in 2006.
I am a co-founder and member of Connections For Family Childcare (CFCC).I am a member of National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) and Illinois Association for Family Child Care (IAFCC). I am CPR and first aid certified and attend many hours of continuing education.
My child care philosophy is that children need a loving, safe, educational environment in which to grow and thrive. I provide an environment that meets this belief. The children in my care learn through play, experience a variety of activities and make stable,secure and loving relationships with myself, my family and their friends.
