Adrian to Promote New Self-Help Video

"A Year in My Garden in Provence," the self-help video that has taken America by storm, will hit stores in Europe next week.

Although Adrian is not comfortable with all the attention she has been receiving lately due to her success, she is looking forward to spreading her self-help philosophy to others.

She discovered her breakthrough ideology in helping Michael deprogram Nikita from Section's brainwashing.

"I told him there was nothing I could do to help. I had found my happy place that protected my mind from being brainwashed, and that was all that mattered. Tough luck for him. In that moment I realized I had a message that could help countless people all around the world."

Adrian's philosophy is said to help the inner self by concentrating on self-interest, such as pretending to have Alzheimer's when being asked to help someone else out and attempting to kill friends who save you.

Adrian believes her self-help process is geared for life-long learning, and is careful to point out that not everyone can achieve perfection all the time. She even admitted that she had not been following her philosophy exactly when she sent a disk containing information to Michael, helping him with the cure for Nikita.

"Well, I did relent by sending him some information, but it was, I am proud to say, rather cryptic and half-assed. I also waited a long time before I sent it, even though Nikita's condition was in danger of becoming permanently fixed. It wasn't about helping; it was about keeping others waiting until I got around to doing it."

Adrian will be appearing at Borders Paris next Tuesday at 8 p.m. Admission is free.
