Both these women have done their eyes in a fashion that I find very attractive.  The woman on the left has used a very dark color on the crease of her eyelid to create a very sexy effect.  The woman on the right has combined different shades to shape and highlight.  Both have very nice eyebrows.  Much of what you do is dependent on your eye shape.  As for eyebrows:   I understand the reality of having to present ourselves in the world, and plucking your eyebrows very thin and feminine could cause a number of problems in the work place.   There are a number of ways to bypass that issue and still get the effect you are seeking, which I will cover in techniques.

The 3 girls above are actually men!  All 3 have used techniques that I like, and some that I don't.  The first girl on the left has applied eyeliner and eyeshadow very effectively.  Her lips are done quite well too.  The 'clown white' foundation/powder choice is a poor one.  Her eyebrows are nice, but do not fit her face correctly.  The second girl has created an exquist effect using eyeshadow and eyeliner.  I know we all don't have almond shaped eyes, but the whole idea of makeup is to accentuate the positive and erase the negative.   On the down side, her lips are not shaped to match her face and the color could be a red with less orange in it.  Girl 3 has created a very pretty effect with her eyes.   The two tone shadow gives nice shaping to what would be considered a poorly defined eyelid, and her eyes are given a sexy accentuation with eyeliner.  Her eyebrows are beautiful!  Her lips are done quite well and you can see how her lower lip has been accentuated to create that 'pouty' look.  The poor application of blush is a detraction.  The Page Boy wig is a fine choice and frames her face quite nicely.These are just a sampling of 'looks' that fit what I am looking for and to give an idea of what to strive for.  The challenge is for you to find your 'look'.

The Basic Criteria: Foundation and powder: Uniformity of skin tone and the matte finish is very elegant. False eyelashes and eyeliner: Applied correctly, it's a very sexy look.  Incorrectly, you look like 'Rocky Racoon'. Eyeshadows: I have a fondness for blue, green, aqua and turquoise in metallics or frosts.  Bright pretty colors. Eyebrows: Two, distinct, well groomed and arched.  More on this in techniques. Lipstick: A must!
