Beef & Vegetable Soup

ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 (20oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
4 cups hot-style V-8
1 (14.5oz) can Italian style stewed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
1/4 teaspoon pepper
handful of barley

 

directions

  • Brown meat, onion & garlic

  • In a large crock pot combine all ingredients

  • Cover, cook on low heat 8 to 10 hours or high heat 4 to 5 hours
