Breast w/ Cranberry Gravy ingredients 4 lb. turkey breast1 (15 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce 1 (1 oz) package dry onion soup mix 1 tbs. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 cup water 3 tbs. cornstarch directions Remove skin from turkey breast. Place turkey in 3 1/2 or 4 quart crock-pot.In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce , soup mix, mustard and salt; blend well. Pour over turkey. Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Remove turkey, cover to keep warm. Place a fine strainer over medium saucepan. Carefully pour liquid from the crock-pot through strainer into saucepan. In a small bowl, combine water and cornstarch; blend until smooth. Add to liquid in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. 8 Servings |
