Enter in a date of birth (beginning date), enter date of death (ending date) and calculate the age in years, months and days. Or use the copy and paste method input dates from any Windows program (the method I prefer using "Family Tree Maker for Windows 95" and "Date Calculator 95").

The date format can be entered (or pasted) in any one of the following styles: 01/01/1997, 1/1/1997, 01.01.1997, January 1, 1997, JAN 01, 1997. Use the pull-down arrow to easily change answer format to any number of the following styles: 1/15/80, 1-15-80, 1.15.80 and 80 Year(s), 1 month(s), 15 day(s).

Use the copy and paste method to paste the "difference date" (answer) into any Windows program or document. Minimize "Date Calculator 95" for easy access from the task bar when working on your genealogy projects. It works with all Windows applications.
