Spackle - noisepop alumni
Hello and welcome to the timmi-kat ReCoRDS homepage for
SPACKLE
...'Spackle's reunion begged the questions, "Who the hell were
Spackle?" and "Why the hell did they break up?" They were loud,
sloppy, entirely believable and that one guitar guy (who I think
plays in Brownstar) ripped off licks rapid-fire enough to convince
this writer that before Spackle, he was holed up in suburbia
somewhere studying the K.K. Downing method of shred,
something reaffirmed by bloated Ozzy's special guest appearance
for a splendid tear through "Paranoid." God bless you Mr.
Osbourne but please, ease off the bacon and donuts.' Greg Heller -BAM magazine 6.19.98
