Jigglypuff
DESCRIPTION:  While looking completely harmless, few creatures are more feared than the dreaded Jigglypuff. They appear as large pink ball-like creatures with incredibly large eyes and small mouths.

COMBAT/TACTICS:  The Jigglypuff attacks by singing a strangely hypnotic song that puts its victims fast asleep. Treat this attack as a sleep spell that can affect twice the hit dice of the spell. Also, elves and half-elves do not have immunity to this sleep attack.

After it has put all of its enemies to sleep, the Jigglypuff traces runes of disgrace upon their faces. This attack permantly removes 1d10 honor points from its victims. The Jigglypuff leaves after doing this.

The Jigglypuff will only fight with its headbutt attack (1d4 damage) if it is unable to put its attackers to sleep.

HABITAT/SOCIETY:  Jigglypuffs seem only to want someone to listen to their song and search endlessly for an audience that will appreciate them. When the sleep power of their song puts their audience to sleep, they become enraged. It is said that if anyone can endure their song without sleeping, the Jigglypuff will befriend them.

ECOLOGY:  Jigglypuffs were created by the lonely wizard Nintendo who wanted to create something to entertain him. But as happens so often, this experiment went badly for Nintendo and he is thought to be held in a permanent state of sleep by the Jigglypuffs that still live in his tower.
