Magical Cow of Delusion
DESCRIPTION: A Magical Cow of Delusion appears to be an ordinary cow. However, it can deceive people into believing that it pocesses magical properties. In fact, this deception is so strong, that some backward cultures have even taken to worshiping this creature as a gawd. Well such creatures have been sighted many times, and a few have even been proven their true nature, it is still unknown if these are different cows, or the same one many times- as no two have ever been seen together. Who knows?! Maybe the real deception is that it truly IS magical...
COMBAT/TACTICS: The Magical Cow of Delusion fights just like any other cow. It goes "Mooo!!" and tries to run away. If cornered it will try to kick, stomp, bite, or anything else it deems necessary to escape it's attackers. However, upon seeing the cow, all viewers must make a save vs spells at -4. Failure indicates that the character believes the cow to have valuable magical properties. Success, and the character can steak for dinner if he likes.
HABITAT/SOCIETY: Magical Cows are always seen alone. It is unknown if this indicates that they are loners, or the rest of the herd shun them. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone has ever cared enough to ask. A Magical Cow of Delusion is most often found standing alone in the distance, sometimes guarded by an overly large fence.
ECOLOGY: They eat grass. 'Nough said.
