Important things to note:

1. If a lecture does not appear in the list, that simply means that students have already submitted enough questions for that lecture. Please submit a question for another lecture.

2. You are encouraged to submit questions that refer to information in more than one lecture. However, please make sure that each lecture was given by the same professor. In such cases, simply choose any one of the lectures, and be sure to indicate which lectures the material came from in the explanation field.

3. Since the questions are directly forwarded to individual professors, please don't keep resubmitting different versions of questions. This is likely to jam their e-mail inboxes.

4. In order for a question to be approved it is required to meet all of the following criteria:

a) refer to relevant material b) free of error  c) not petty (i.e. a quicky just to get access to the bank) d) CANNOT HAVE APPEARED ON A PREVIOUS MIDTERM OR FINAL

5. Once your question is approved, you will be e-mailed an individualized password so that you can access the bank of other verified questions.

6. The administration reserves the right to use any of these questions on midterms or finals.

7. Good/challenging questions will be looked upon favourably.

Our Philosophy:

This site has been designed in order to allow students to share multiple choice questions that they themselves have generated. While the questions on this site cannot replace questions generated by instructors they will serve the following purposes

1) Provide feedback and indicate areas in need of improvement for students reading the questions

2) Allow students to solidify their understanding of concept through the creation of multiple choice questions

3) Provide feedback to the instructor as to what students are perceiving as important or relevant

We encourage students to be creative while creating the questions. If you would like to submit a graphic to accompany the question, simply submit the question on this site and then e-mail the graphic to mmiquestionbank@yahoo.com.

Finally please consider browsing the provided links on how to write a multiple choice question. This will certainly help in the creation of "good" questions.
