join last p of last chain to first p of the first ch
join at base of first ring, cut and hide ends
Stars:
White: R (1 ds, p) 4 times.
Close ring and tie threads together to form 5th picot.; RW
CH (3 ds, p, 3 ds, join to next picot) 5 times;
CH 5 ds, 3 p separated by 1 ds, ds;
Repeat for a total of 10 stars, cut and hide ends
Outer Row:
Pull white stars through the blue rings from behind.
Join white thread to center point of one of the stars.
*CH 2 + 2 (- 2) x 6
Join to center picot of Red CH
CH 2 + 2 (- 2) x 6
Join to center point of next star
Repeat from * around, join to top of first star, cut and hide threads.
Center Star:
Blue: R (1 ds, p) 4 times.
Close ring and tie threads together to form 5th picot.; RW
CH (5 ds, join to center picot of blue CH, 5 ds, join to next picot)
