Clark has to come to terms with a new gift that allows him to see through things and give X-Rays of others in time to save Lana from Tina Greer a obssessed friend of Lana's who has the will to change into anybody and wants to become Lana and only Clark Knows who Tina is when she changes person. Lana finds her mothers journal and acuses her Aunt Nell of lying to her. Lana gets Chloe to track down her mother graduation speech for her. |

| 'Cool', Episode 1.5 Synopsis: What happens when you mix Kryptonite with ice?. A Smallville Crows football player Sean falls into Smallvilles' Crater Lake while trying to retrieve a football. Instead of dying Sean comes back but he can't keep warm. Sean has to take heat from others to feel warm again, but it only lasts for awhile. Sean sets his eyes on Chloe but Clark comes to help just in time. Meanwhile Lex Forces Clark to ask Lana to a Radio Head concert. |

Meanwhile a elderly man named Harry get transformed back into his youth thanks to kryptonite at the bottom of lake. Now Harrys' going around killing all the decendents of the people who convicted him of murder years ago and it's up to clark to stop him. Meanwhile Lex goes to see Casandra and she sees his future and it's so terrifying it kills her and nobody will ever know what she saw. |

| 'Jitters', Episode 1.8 Synopsis: While Clark's parents are in Metropolis Clark throws a party to try and see Lana more, but when some man turns up in the Kents barn the party is called off and the man is taking to the hospital after Clark sees the man shake very violently. The mans name is Earl and he was a former worker for the Kents and he claims that while working in the Smallville Luthor Corp plant on Level 3 that he was inffected by something and wants to find a cure and he thinks he'll find it there. Clarks class goes on a field trip to the Luthor Corp plant and are taken hostage by Earl who is strived on finding Level 3. |
