Michael Sayers – CEO, currently holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management with dual concentrations in Information Security and Information Systems Management (2006). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southeast Missouri State University (1995) and an Associate of Arts degree from Jefferson College (1992) of Hillsboro, Missouri. Mr. Sayers’ background includes “Big 5” consulting experience, Defense Industry Software Engineering experience and a Military history serving in a management capacity. Mr. Sayers offers over 16 years of relevant experience, most of which has been spent in management positions.

Velmurugan Navalady - President & CSO, currently holds a Master of Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management (2006) with a concentration in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from GCE of India (1992). Mr. Navalady’s background, with 13 years of experience in Information Technology, consists of Design, Development, Testing, and Integration. Mr. Navalady also brings Project Management and Security Architecture & Implementation Consulting experience to the company.

David Darden – Treasurer & CFO, currently holds a Master of Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management (2006) with a concentration in General Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University (1999). Mr. Darden’s background includes 20 years of experience in business administration, accounting, and finance. All of which are vital to the success of the company.
