This is a really easy trick and if you learn this trick well you can put grabs in to it. if also helps if you are good at riding switch.

     First, come up to the jump with speed. Come up to the jump get as much air as possible. As you come off the jump, Turn your head and body to the right for regular people only and left for goofy people. Turn your head and body the full 180. That way it is easier to land. Spot your landing and try to land there. Make sure you that you have done the full 180 and your board is parallel with the ground. The absorb the shock with your knees and ride away clean.      This trick looks really nice if you do it really slowly.
