The Hyde St. Pier Concert Series

All concerts are held aboard BALCLUTHA, in the shelterdeck (At
the Hyde St. Pier Maritime Park in San Francisco), and start at 8pm. Ticket
prices are $12 for each concert, $10 for SF Maritime Park Association members,
or $40 season ticket for all four concerts, whether member or non-member.

Saturday, September 8: The NexTradition
They are Alison Kelley and Ken Schatz, from Brooklyn, New York. Powerful
singers who knocked 'em dead at Mystic Seaport's yr 2000 Sea Music Festival.
They specialize in work songs from African American and British Isles sources.
Saturday, October 13: Holdstock and MacLeod
Perennial favorites, straightaway chanteys and sea songs from Dick Holdstock
and Allan MacLeod's homelands of England and Scotland.
Saturday, November 17:
Oak, Ash, and Thorn. Legendary bay area a capella trio. Chanteys and English
drinking songs.
Saturday, December 15:
Broadside. 4-member nautical band from Seattle. One of the Pacific
Northwest's finest.
