**  DEMOGRAPHICS OF MIAMI **
Depending on what size campus you came from, this "public ivy" might be a big or small sized campus.  Generally speaking, it is considered a mid-size, mid-west school with 15,000 students and anywhere from 800-1,200 Jewish students, depending on who you ask.  But no matter who you ask, they will say that the campus is beautiful!  See for yourself by taking a virtual tour.

Oxford, and two regional campuses: one in Hamilton, OH and one in Middletown, OH.  In addition, Miami also has a campus in Luxembourg.  Many students study abroad at the Luxembourg campus.  Likewise, many students from Luxembourg chose to have their college experience here in the United States.

For purpose of the fellowship this year, I have only worked on the Main Campus in Oxford.  I would recommend taking a campus tour once you arrive on campus.  It’s a long one, so wear your walking shoes, but its fun!  I also took some time to drive around.  It took some time to know where all of the halls were (in fact-I still don’t know them all!).  Meeting students at their residence halls and then going to coffee/lunch is a great way to get to know campus.  For the first couple months, though, I kept a
campus map with me at all times (see below).
