A while ago I wrote a rant about teeny boppers and used a person a friend of
mine knew well he
showed it to her and she started shouting slander.
lets have a look.

slander
Jade: u do realise it is considered slander coz the photo graph is there
Jade: all im asking u to do is take the photo off thats all

Mujaji: the photo is already up you know hard it is to take off? I have to
travel to Canada to a
server which you can only get to by dog sled and the guard there don't care
if you own the place
and chases you around with a wooden spoon shouting "Charlie in the trees!"

geez it seems as I'm in trouble........ pity her whole knowledge of law is
from the movie "Ernest
goes to jail" and her take on the slander law is a very different one to
what's written in any law
books expect the ones in bizzaro world.
Now Jade brings in the reinforcements lets just say Jack Avocat is a war vet
and if he ever got
reinforcements like this he would probably shoot them and himself due to their
utter lack of chance

the use of pictures
and name Of Jade without permission. This is an elegal act and leaves you
open to prosecution for
slander. To avoid any such actions it is suggested you remove the article
for you web page. If it
is not removed actions will be taken.

lawyering talents he must know the real spelling of elegal that no one else
knows or goes by and he is requesting that I use my head or take my head off
I'm not sure, either way think that's to much to ask

to use this picture and the disclaimer on the website clearly states. "With

infringe privately owned rights." so that rules out slander even though you
are taking the slander
law clearly out of context. I once knew a kid named gabrall but we all
called him gutrencher I don't know why its just what people called him. he liked to chase animals
around with a big stick
shouting "I am the angel of death and it is your judgement day so pack
your
bags coz your going
to hell today!" after a few years of doing that's people tended to let him be
for they knew if
they annoyed him he will deal his crazy wrath onto them, but there was one
girl her name was
Isanomonia and she said to him "a hammer with a bad temper lives a shorter
life then a rock with
a smashing new hat" and from that say on gutrencher never hurt another
living thing. Jade placed
her pic in the public domain without any form of disclaimer voiding all
rights to the image. Let
this be a shining example to be careful what you place into the public
domain and make sure you have some sort of disclaimer to state it cannot be
used. |
