STORY

    'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' is a love story, with a comedy touch, taking place in Goa. Salman and Akshay are two friends living under the same roof and they both fall in love with their neighbour's daughter, Priyanka. The latter has a puppy which accompanies her everywhere. The two friends try to get Priyanka's attention by using the poor animal.

    Sajid Nadiadwala adds," Some producers are accusing me of having caused a lack of wooden boards on the market. The story of my film takes place in Goa and since it was rather difficult to shoot continuously in Goa for 40 days, we had decided to build our own Goa, at Film City, Bombay. The gigantic set has made use of more than 40,000 wooden boards and has cost Rs 35 millions. Later, I have heard that producers have been forced to postpone their shooting because of lack of wooden boards for the setting up of their shooting sets."

    According to some sources, Salman plays a rather religious guy in the film. Salman is playing a cool beach boy. His mum is blind and his sister is studying. Akshay runs after girls.
