I figured that no one can seem to win on this issue by either religion or politics so I figured. Why not let the Websters Dictionary solve the issue. All opinions set aside. Let the defining meanings be the facts. Something that no can easily dispute unless they were completely ignorant.

HUMAN- Relating to, or typical of man, having or manifesting human form or attributes.

BIRTH- The beginning of existence. To bring forth a baby from the womb.

EXISTENCE- The fact or state of existing, living, or occurring. (I was taught never to use the word to describe the word)

BABY- A young child, infant.

ALIVE- Living, having life, in existence or effect, full of life.

LIFE- The form of existence that distinguishes living organisms from dead or inanimate matter in the ability to carry on metabolism, respond to stimuli, reproduce, and grow.

DEAD- Without life, no longer in existence or use, dormant, quiet, in law, no longer in force.

INANIMATE- Not having the qualities of life, not animated.

So, a baby is a young child occurring in the womb that responds to stimuli and grows. Thus existing and alive. This is life because it grows and is not inanimate. We know this because it(he/she) is animated, it turns about. And kicks from the inside out. Not dead because it is not dormant. After growth will manifest as human. In short, a baby is a living human still in the womb. Just not fully grown.

ABORT- To terminate or cause to termination an operation or procedure before completion.

ABORTION- Termination of pregnancy before the fetus can survive.

TERMINATE- To bring to a conclusion or end, to finish, termination.

FETUS- The individual unborn organism carried with within the womb from the time major features appear, especially in humans, the unborn young after the eighth week of development.

So if a mother chooses not to give birth she can terminate the pregnancy using an abortion technique. This puts an end to the unborn child, the fetus. The individual inside the womb.

Now using what we now know before the story is coming clear. To restate. A living human still in the womb is alive, just not fully grown. Within 15 minutes, a mother can stop this unborn child, that is alive, from maturing into a full-grown adult. Its called an abortion.

MURDER- The crime of unlawfully killing a person. slang Something very dangerous, difficult, or uncomfortable. To kill a person unlawfully and with premeditated malice. Murderer.

MALICE- The direct intention or desire to harm others. Law the willfully formed design to injure another without just reason or cause.

So now we know that when an unborn child is unwanted the mother has the ability to end this life. And to kill a person is murder. More to the point, abortion is premeditated murder. One who commits murder IS a murderer. ABORTION IS MURDER! However you could say that murder is the unlawful killing of an individual. And abortion is not against the law. So its not murder. W0W! To end a life is no longer murder. The American society has passed law that makes it OK. To prevent a person to live, to clime a tree, to fall in love, to have any kind of life. Hmmm. I wonder how long it will take for the public to justify the murder of retarded children after birth or the execution of the elderly. Because they are no longer a productive part of society. But either way. The Dictionary has proved that abortion is indeed murder. Not by religion, not by politics, but the words that help define our intelligence. Some food for thought.
