Boycott O'Reilly Wesbite claims to have "taken apart the spin" on MULLENAX NEWS! Is it true?

Update:
October 21rst, 2003

Just an update to let you know that one of my friends, who for some inexplicable reason is a conservative, has put up a new site that plays at telling the truth. I'll let you decide if the site is full of it or not though, so here is a link to it.

The webmaster's biggest problem is that he can only back his stuff up with what he gets from Fox News, as well as other right-wing sources that are infamous for fudging statistics and spinning what's going on in the world in their favor. Emotionally-driven opinions take the place of reasoned analysis (although I suppose the same will inevitibly be said about me). And almost as an afterthought, a CNN link, among others (which are filed under the "opposing" [i.e. liberal, i.e. wrong] column), is thrown in to try and "prove" that the webmaster is capable of using a source other than those which are clearly right-wing. So the bottom line about this site, from my point of view, is that it is yet another right-wing opinion piece trying to denounce the truth-telling of people like Michael Moore and Al Franken and to demonize the left--all without one shred of credible evidence to back it all up. Radical ideas such as maintaining the First Ammendment are attacked as anti-religious agendas by a left-wing conspiracy hell-bent on undermining the First Ammendment, which actually maintains a clear separation of Church and State.

One might wonder after perusing the site why I even bother to hang around with the webmaster, or why I would bother linking to such a thing. The truth is, people of different ideologies can
be friends and One might wonder after perusing the site why I even bother to hang around with the webmaster, or why I would bother linking to such a thing. The truth is, people of different ideologies cancan disagree on many things while maintaining said friendship. That doesn't mean I will take what he says on his site lightly, though. Any spin found on it will be challenged for what it is with the facts--and not the sort of made-up drivel that Fox News spews out which pretends to be factual (when it's really not). At any rate, since the webmaster is for better or worse a friend of mine and since he did link to my site on his page I thought it only fair that I reciprocate. You may also find a link to the site below for future reference. That's all for now. Later.

The following day, Mr. Kwaitskowsi goes on to write:

Update:
October 22nd, 2003

As promised, I am taking apart the spin on MullenaxNews. There is a link to an anti-Michael Moore site that tries and fails to "prove" that the director of Bowling For Columbine is a liar. Of course, the notion that Moore can be caught in a lie would be laughable if it weren't so patheticly lame. As I am for giving the benefit of a doubt to Mr. Moore, here's what he has to say about the distortions spewed out by the NRA and other enemies of truth--in the following link.

You can decide for yourself which link holds the most truth, but it is obvious to me that the detractors of Michael Moore are getting pretty desperate. They know they've got no libel or slander case, because the Roger & Me director by his own admission had his lawyers go over his film and his latest book with a fine-tooth comb to make sure that everything's accurate--and therefore untouchable in a court of law. MullenaxNews claims to be about truth, but so far all I see is typical right-wing spin.

So is it true? Is Mullenax News right wing spinning? Let's find out!

Fiction: The webmaster's biggest problem is that he can only back his stuff up with what he gets from Fox News, as well as other right-wing sources that are infamous for fudging statistics and spinning what's going on in the world in their favor.

Reality: Mullenax News has used many news links other than the alledged right winged Fox News. Here are the links we have used thus far.:

Asscioated Press, NPR,  The Northwestern Chronicle, BBC, ABC News, The Washington Post, USA Today, Reuters and have even used Michael Moore's site as a reference.  Seems like a fair balance of news, plus I will use other sources for different topics later. Might I also add that Boycott O'Reilly has been added to the list of sources.

I have also linked three cable news websites because I want people to check things other than Fox News. If Mr. Kwaitskowski was reading crefully, he would see I used NO FOX NEWS SOURCE!!!

Fiction: Any spin found on it will be challenged for what it is with the facts--and not the sort of made-up drivel that Fox News spews out which pretends to be factual (when it's really not)

Reality: We welcome you to come and try to catch us in a lie or in any "right wing spin", but thus far you have not provided any evedence that supports you to be right on any issue. And once again we have not used any sourses from Fox News . At least not yet. When I see fit to use something from Fox News I will use it. Unlike Mr. Kwiatkowski, I find Fox to be fair and balanced. But I also understand that they should not be my only source.

Fiction:
MullenaxNews claims to be about truth, but so far all I see is typical right-wing spin.

Reality: Once again, Mr. Kwaitkowski fails to show how we are right wing spinning, but Mullenax News has shown truth.

To look at the debate, go to both www.moorewatch.com and www.michaelmoore.com and decide for yourself who is telling the truth and who is the liar.

Mullenax News was NOT JOKING when we said we'd uphold the truth and go after liars, propagandists and secularists. Mr. Kwaitskowski is the perfect example of what a left wing ideologue is all about. He will deny the truth at any cost because far left wingers like Al Franken and Michael Moore are is security blanket.

Mr. Kwaitskowski found out what we were all about. He found out that we were Tough and Honest!
