Alternate Dumbbell Curl

 

 

This exercise is also a favorite for big arms, concentrating on the bicep, of course. This exercise really works the bicep, and less cheating movement is involved.

This is pretty straightforward....stand erect and first curl one dumbbell, and while lowering it, you then curl the second dumbbell, alternating between the two dumbbells. Again, use strict form and raise and lower the weight in a controlled fashion, and not just "swinging" the weight. You want to feel the movement and feel the bicep working.
