The Family Sorthes are a small 'family' that is made up of warriors fight certain mystical fores. The family is built around an older cult, still practices their ways and ceremonies for initiation.
Each member lives separately to avoid suspicion but they do get together nine times a year to talk, do rituals, and to help each other. Each member of the group has their own helpers, those who stick up for them, watch over them, do the dishes in some cases since they're so wrapped up in their studies.
They try very hard to keep out of everyone's way but now and then members do gain notice. Especially Vorchain because he's so unusual, loud, and active. Present members usually shake their heads and try to make him go away when he shows up.
This is about one generation of the Sorthes, and their first female member, Ancelin.
