Name: Mustaffa bin Abd Kadir

Date of birth: 8 December 1957

Born in Besut, Terengganu. Received secondary school education from Sekolah Tuanku Abdul Rahman , Ipoh from 1970 to 1975 .Then went to further education at A-level at Loughborough Technical College.Leics, England for two years and then pursued studies in civil engineering at Swansea University College Wales for three years. Graduated from SUCW in 1981. Became a registered professional engineer (Malaysia) in 1987 . Worked as a civil engineer in various capacities and for the last 15 years has a private practice in civil engineering consultancy.

Has a deep interest in setting up and developing private islamic schools .In 1997 with seven other pioneers set up a network of islamic primary schools called Sekolah Rendah Islam Pintar (SRIP)

Name: Zaliha bt Jaffar

Date of birth: 17 January 1961

Born in Besut, Terengganu . Received secondary school education from Sekolah Menengah Sultan Sulaiman , Kuala Terengganu. Completed Malaysian Certificate of education in 1979. After which attended a religious school called Taman Islam in Kemaman , Terengganu for 2 years.In the mean time received training in dress making and tailoring from a tailoring school in Jerteh, Terengganu.

Since 2005, has opened a shop in Taman Melawati, Gombak taking orders making custom made women's dresses and selling ready made clothes , indian cotton cloths and accessories. Can be contacted at 013-3521312 for her further enquiries and orders. The shop is located at 29 Jalan Bandar 3 , Taman Melawati (near Melawati Police Station)

 

 

Marriage and Family

Happily married for the last 26 years ( married in 1982) , now have seven children and one grand child.
