REGIO ESERCITO - ITALY

The Ansaldo Light tank L6/40 (6t) was developed in 1939 for the Italian Royal Army (Regio Esercito Italiano) and used for the first time during the North African campaign . This tiny tank was armed with one 20mm gun. It was operative (in all versions) from 1941 to 1945 on all fighting theaters. After the end of the war it was used by police forces until 1948. The picture shows the 3D model of an L6/40 of the LXVII (67°) Btg. Bersaglieri (31° Rgt. Fanteria Carrista), Russian Front, during 1942. The model is highly detailed with more than 125.000 faces.
