Our homeworld has grown as big as it can get. It can support no more
people. This is resulting in larger quantities of colonist available than
our commercial freighters can haul. It would also be extremely expensive to
send these people somewhere as well. All we can really ship is the
colonists destine for Dros Delnoc. 30 colonization units each are again
sent to Dros Delnoc II & III. 48 industrial sites are purchased in Tilweh.
We decided to go for a moderate security force on the conquered Filitan HW
in Drenan. The neccessary force was converted from the invasion troops with
the remainder being disbanded. The planet has been renamed Filitar, which
is what they called it to simplify things. We also renamed the system
Filitarus. It is also hoped that our using their name for the system &
planet will help to convince them that we are not the horible monsters they
thought we were. That should help to barter a better relationship between us.
New Twilikar has begun assembly of Colony 01 that was shipped to them last
month. Estimated completion by the end of Month 32.
The pre-fabbed 'Colony 02' is shipped to the settlement on Vo Mimbar (the
settlement in Vo Mimbre) for assembly next month. A prefabbed Colony class
SS, 'Colony 03', is built at Skywatch Twilikar this turn for shipment to
Dros Delnoc next month. 10 DSB are shipped to each of the Survey Squads as
they all out except for Survey Squad 1, which still has 2. Imp 09 & Imp 10
are laid down this month while Imp 06 is sent to join the Tilweh Defense
Squad in Val Alorn. Builder 03 is assigned to Constructor Fleet 2 and sent
to Filitar to assemble the Colony class SS that is planned on being put up
there.
Survey Squad 1 reports finding an additional WP in the Dros Delnoc System.
They probe it and find a Yellow star system with 1 asteroid belt. They will
enter and begin their survey at the begining of next month. This month,
they complete the Non-habitable survey of Dros Delnoc. They name the system
Blackshire. They place DSBs at each side of the WP leading to Blackshire.
Survey Squad 2 reports finding an additional WP in the Vo Mimbre System.
They probe it and find a Yellow star system with 2 unihabited ST-Type
planets and no asteroid belt. They enter the system to conduct the survey
of these worlds this month and then begin their WP survey. They name the
system Vantria. They place DSBs at each side of the WP leading to Vantria.
Survey Squad 3 reports finding an additional 2 WPs in the Ulgoland system.
They probe the 1st WP and find Red Star system with a single T-Type world.
A probe of the system indicates its inhabited by a Pre-Industrial society.
They name the System Mordor. The probe of the second WP reveals an Orange
star system with no habitable planets and a single asteroid belt. No
populations are detected. They name the system Rak Cthol. SS3 heads here to
begin the WP survey next month. They place DSBs at each side of the WP
leading to Rak Cthol.
An offer of Trade & Military is presented to the Culthus Commun. They
reject it at this time.
An offer of Trade is presented to the Clans of Shakar. They reject it again.
