Wise (a drabble)
In the vernacular of this age, I've seen it all.
The living, the dead, the Undead. I have known men, women, and demons
of every
color, and disposition. So, too, have I seen all the romantic
permutations and
variations they could devise.
I have witnessed the sheer inanity of a generation and beheld the finest
warriors of the millennium. I have been home to potions arcane
and mundane,
beings rare and common, deeds cowardly and heroic.
Indeed, if these walls could talk, the stories they would tell.
I hold the
wisdom of ages, of cultures, of dimensions. Magic Box, indeed.
