There she is.

With the long black colored hair she usually has and her shimmering eyes.

Pretty.

Very pretty.

The brown-haired boy in unmistakably very young age was watching the pretty girl not far from his spot. With his history book below his nose and an eyeglasses placed on his pointed nose perfectly, help him to look at the girl clearer. The girl he usually watch everyday, every time and every chance.

“Tetsu!”

A familiar voice called the name of the brown haired boy with the eyes locked at the pretty girl. Heavily he turned his face to face the owner of the voice, Ken. His best friend since the first time they met. He waved to the taller boy a little with a nice smile of his.

“Yo, Ken-kun!” Ken, who was stood pass the pretty girl of Tetsu beckoned him to come over.

“Tet-chan! Come here! I’ve got something to ask ‘ya!” he yelled loudly, loud enough to make the pretty girl turn her face to him then looked at Tetsu, smiling very sweetly. Tetsu stood up with his eyes staring at the empty ground as if the ground was same as pretty as she was. Nervously, he walked towards his friend, without looking at the girl…

“Chotto…” a pair of long and delicate arms captured his right arm lightly as if he could break it with only a blow of wind. With fast heartbeat, the brown-headed boy turned his face to the owner of the arms and…he found her. The pretty girl smiling sweetly which got a nervous smile for the reply. “Tetsu-kun? Ano…I just want to give you this…” she offered the boy a brochure. Tetsu read it carefully and looked towards the girl’s face.

“…Mochida-sempai…”

“I’ll be very pleased if you call me Kaori!” said the owner of the name. The boy blushed furiously, his hand, nervously, pushed the eyeglasses.

“Wakatta, Kaori-sempai…is this…err…a drama?” he asked dumbly.

[Of course it is! Don’t you see the ‘Romeo and Juliet’ title on it???] he thought to himself.

“Yes it is…come if you want! Well…I’m only a crew…I don’t act well…”she smiled cutely, “Come if you like! It’ll be so cool!” Tetsu smiled in uncertainty.

[Come on…you HATE dramas…]

[But this is…from Mochida Kaori-sempai!]

[You like the girl! Not the drama! Come on…Tetsuya!]

A few seconds later, he agreed to come and watch the drama. Kaori looked so satisfied about it.

“Ok! Here! Ask your friends to come! And arigato, Tetsu-kun!” she bowed cutely and walked away with her friends, giggles loudly and uselessly tried to hide their smiles with their hands. Left Tetsu behind with his history book and the brochure, his eyeglasses moved lower from the first place.

“Tetsuya???” the familiar voice waked him from his daydreaming. He turned to face a black-haired man with a cigarette hung on the corner of his lips, the smoke wafting from the cig made Tetsu glared and stepped back

“What?! I’ve told you, don’t ever smoke in front of my nose!” he made a distant between him and his friend. Ken just shrugged and looked across the park, towards Mochida Kaori.

“Say…” he blew a puff of smoke to the air, “You had a crush on that Kaori… huh?” he peered at the now-blushing-furiously boy.

“I…I just…well…she asked me to come to the drama tomorrow and-“ Ken coughed and cut Tetsu’s sentence off.

“Pardon me…drama? You hate those, Tetsu!” he looked up to the brown-haired boy in disbelief.

“Well…”Tetsu looked so nervous, “I…I’m just…err…she…I mean…maybe it’ll be nice! And you’d better come with me, Ken!” he pulled the taller man’s arm like a little spoiled brat.

“Hey! I don’t like drama, for God’s sake! And I’ve a date with someone tomorrow! I can’t go with you, sorry…”he replied in apologizing tone. Tetsu broke off his grip and nodded quietly. Right…Ken was one of the popular boys in the campus, and of course there’re many girls want to go with him in a date every weekend.

[Yeah…unlike me who spend my weekends with those projects and my books…every girl wants to go on a date with him…not with a nerd like me…] Tetsu sighed heavily and looked up to the taller one.

“What’d you like to ask?” somehow, a mischief smile came up on the tall boy’s face.

“Your homework, of course! ^^,,” Tetsu just sighed for the second time but his hand offered the book to the tall one. Ken looked so happy to see the book and grabbed it.

“Arigato! You don’t know how precious your books for me…!”

“-_-;;… yeah right…”

A pair of beautiful brown eyes watched the things happened before with curious eyes and impatient feeling. One of his hands was grabbing the branch of the tree, between excited and curious with his fingernails digging into the branch’s dry skin while the other was gripping on an arrow with a beautiful silver sharp metal on the end of it. He bites his lower lip and finally hit the tree with his small fist.

“Damn! I’ve never met a person like this!” he glared seeing the young innocent-looking Tetsu who was now sitting on the park bench with Ken, holding the drama brochure. The angelic-looking person with short blonde hair, loose shirt and tight leather pants all in white stand up on the branch where he sat before. He put his arrow in the place behind his back. He looked at the brown-haired boy from the tree and smiled. “Hmm…I’ll help him…”

He tapped onto the branch, then, a pair of white and pure looking wings appeared on his back. Flew him high…

Tetsu walked in the middle of the coldness of Tokyo alone, all by himself. He gripped his coat tighter and sighed. Ken was now with his girlfriend, which marked with ‘new’ sign on her forehead. He sure that Ken and his new girlfriend were now talking about something is coming up soon. Valentine. Once again, the brown haired boy sighed. He walking into the park slowly and observed the park…until he realized that the park wasn’t his place right now. There are many couples sitting on the bench, chatting happily…intimately. There’s also a married couple with the pregnant wife, with their children…and Tetsu can only sighed. He sat on the one of the empty bench with his hand in his pockets.

[Valentine…and my cupid didn’t give any sign about his job…]

Suddenly, something cold and soft touched the top of his head. Once again, and again…and…he realized it. The first snow in February. He looked up to the sky to see how beautiful the rain of snow is. Like white and pure feathers came down to earth so beautifully…so purely.

“I wish…”his mouth suddenly speak, “I wish if I…could find my love…”he muttered quietly and…suddenly something caught his eyes. Something white… purely white with a pair of wings and…

“Look out!!!!!!!!” before Tetsu could react, the white figure turned so big and…so close…

“AAAAAAAAAAHHH!!!!!!!!” the brown haired boy screamed when the figure dropped onto his body and cracked the bench. Tetsu panicked and looked around…thank goodness, everybody in the park ignore him and the ‘thing’ over his body. He replaced his glasses and now he could see the white figure before him. He was startled. The figure had a pair of white and pure wings; it was so small and looked so fragile. Its white fits were so pure and warm, made Tetsu’s heart beat faster. The figure turned and show its face…pretty face. Tetsu’s heart skipped fast as the figure makes a move.

“There you are, Tetsu!” the owner of the name shocked, between the confusion of the pretty person’s knowledge and the fact that the pretty person was actually a male.

“Where…a…no …who…who are you…?” he startled. The pretty boy over his stomach smiling cutely. So cute even Tetsu almost melted when he realized his position with the pretty one.

“I am Hyde! I’m your cupid and…your love-life helper! Pleased to meet you!” he introduced himself so sweetly. Tetsu gasped. The body that sitting over him started to kill him very slowly.

“Okay now…cupid…no sitting on my stomach!” he growled. The angelic one gasped a little and moved away, smiled shyly.

“Gomen nee, Tetchan…”Tetsu stood up and wiped away the snows from his coat and looked at the innocent figure before him angrily.

“Just…how could you…how…could you know my name?” he asked desperately. Hyde grinned mischievously and tiptoed closer to the taller one.

“Not just your name, Ogawa Tetsuya…”he tiptoeing around the taller man, “You born at Kaga, Osaka…3 October 19XX…your favorite food are hot creamy milk soup, melon and onion. Your favorite lesson is history and now you’re 18…”he stopped in front of Tetsu’s pale face. “And the most important…”Hyde grinned slyly, “I know your secret love…”with a sudden move, Tetsu covered the smaller man’s mouth with his hand and grabbed his arm tightly.

“You give a word…and you’re a dead meat…”he threatened. Hyde smiled sweetly and nodded. Tetsu pulled off his hands and observed the younger looking man in front of him. Nothing could describe the blonde one except kawaii. Tetsu shook his head and started to think that Amaterasu maybe made some mistakes when he created Hyde. Hyde was just too perfect to be a girl. He just too kawaii and so innocent looking.

“Wakatta…omae….err…Haido…?” the owner of the name nodded. “What…are you doing here…? Your mother, Aphrodite must be worried about you! One of her children is missing!

“No, Tetchan…”he smiled, “Aphrodite is our great-great-great grandmother…my mom now is actually is Yoshiki, Japanese goddess of prettiness…and my father is Hide, the god of J-rock(?)!” he explained. Tetsu looked so confused.

“Yoshiki sounds like a man…and Hide the god of J-rock…?” he looked up to the sky, “I think…I’ve heard that name somewhere…but Shinto have no goddess of prettiness! It’s Greek! And what’s the nonsense about the god of J-rock???” he turned his eyes to the smaller one, he saw Hyde shrugged.

“Dun know…they just have me and my brothers and they named themselves like that!” Tetsu shut his eyes and shook his head.

[Maybe it’s about to the end of the world…]

“So…what’re you doing here? Your place is up there, not here!” he turned the subject.

“Listen…I’m here because suddenly the wind blew hard! Even it almost breaks my wings…”he frowned. Tetsu looked at the Clamp® looking wings on the back of the cupid. It looks pure and soft but also looks frail.

”Can…can you fly now…?”he asked in concern. Hyde pressed his eyes shut and tried to concentrate himself.

“Chotto…”his forehead wrinkled as he pressed his eyes even tighter. His wings started to move a little but…failed. He sighed and dropped, Tetsu caught him before he touch the ground.

“Nee! Daijoubu ka???” he asked.

“…No…ouch…I think…my wings…broken…”and suddenly he fell onto Tetsu’s shoulder. Tetsu gasped and poked him a little.

“Oi, oi…don’t say that you…”

“*Snoooore*” Tetsu sighed and lifted up the small body of Hyde.

“Chikuso…god, give me anything but THIS annoying KID!” he murmured and walked away, with the owner of the broken wings on his arms.

Soft silky thing surrounded his body. He snuggled deeper into the soft thing to feel the warmth and let out a relieve sigh. Slowly his eyes fluttered open. The pure whiteness color greeted him. He rubbed his eyes and now he could see the place better.

“Where…am I?” Hyde murmured childishly in the warmness of the thick blanket that covered most of his body. He supported his body with the both of his arms and sat up. He was now in a white colored bedroom. Everything in the room is all white, the wall, the table, the bed and the blanket that covered him so warmly. He grasped the blanket and pulled it closer to his body. He didn’t know the place but he was surely feel so safe to be there…even safer than he ever feels.

“Haido…” a soft and innocent voice broke his thought and made him turned his head to the source of the voice. An angelic figure stood in front of the door with a tray on his hands, it was Tetsu and all of his concerns. The brown haired boy walked slowly to the bedside and put the tray on the bedside table. He turned his worried face to the blonde one. “Are you okay? Feeling hurt?”

Hyde just smiled and shook his head slowly. The cupid observing the room again with his curious—not longer—shimmering eyes.

“Tetsu…koko wa…”

“Boku no heya…”

“Souka…”Hyde nodded a little. He looked at Tetsu who looked at him with a little relieve eyes. He smiled reassuringly. “How could you be so strong, brought me here? You looks so frail, Tetsu…”he chuckled, didn’t miss to tease the another boy. A flush of crimson color spread on his face.

“I am not ‘that’ weak, you know…don’t insult me too much, you sharp-tongued devil! You made me embarrassed by holding you along the street! What’s people thinking about it?! A boy with a person on his arms, had wings, silly arrows…”

“Blah, blah, blah…okay, genius…but they’ll think good of you of course! You want to help a weirdo! And I know you’re a good boy…”

“Don’t talk like you’re my mom!” Tetsu mocked sarcastically.

“But you help me instead, nee?” the brownish headed boy stunned. Cannot find any word to be his next argue and he prefer to give up, back to his concern about the cupid on his bed.

“How’s your wings, cupid?” Hyde looked to his back and the pair of the white pure wings made a small move.

“Much better than before!” he turned to face the brownish haired boy, “Thanks! If it’s not you, maybe I cannot go home anymore!” he smiled cutely. Tetsu just nodded and took the big cup on the bedside table.

“Here, drink this.” he offered the big cup with a nice smell from it, “My mom’s recipe…you’ll be better after you drink it. it’s nice!” the angelic person smiled and took it gratefully. He sipped it a little and gasped.

“Wow! It’s SO nice, Tetsu!” he sipped it more excitedly.

“Of course…that’s my mom’s creamy milk soup! I’ll go downstairs, if you need help, just call me…”he stood up and picked the tray from the bedside table.

“Gee…thanks, Tetsu!” Tetsu smiled and walked to the door. “Unh…chotto!” suddenly Hyde stop him before he could touch the doorknob. He turned his back to take a look at the cupid again.

“Yes…?” he found the angelic person on his bed grinning slyly while his hands holding the cup protectively.

“Listen…since you’ve helped me…this time is my turn to help you…”Tetsu feels so confused to hear the sentence.

“But…Hyde…I have nothing to be helped! It’s okay... just don’t –“

“Your love-life, Tetchan?”

“O.O;;;……….You…you’re not…going to…’help’ me…nee?...Hyde?” Hyde frowned slightly.

“What’d you expect?! Don’t worry! Everything gonna be fine with me! I am Haido, the son of Hide the god of J-rock! Nothing I can’t do!!! ^______^” Tetsu felt his knees gone weak, he leaned on the wall weakly as he received the fact that his life was now getting harder. Yes, his life is now getting harder, with a hyperactive boy all over his bed whose will change his life...started from now.
