    Magic - Luck, fertility.
     Medical - For hemorrhiods, for vigial infection, for gargles.

     Magic - Prosperity, joy and love.
        Medical - For stomach distress (tea)
        Other - To make wine, put 6 oranges in a quart of brandy and let sit for 2 weeks. Then add 1 quart of wine, strain and let the mixture age for another 2 weeks or more.

ONION
    Magic - protection, endurance.
     Medical - For infected wounds, for baldness and weight loss.
     Other - are used in lots of recipes.
      Lore - It is said that Alexander the Great fed onions to his troops before battle to give them strenght.

OREGANO
     Magic - Joy, energy.
       Medical - For swelling; for cough and stiff joints.
