Rose Water and Angelica Wafers
1 pound flour                         2 tablespoons butter teaspoon  1/2 teaspoon salt                   Sweet milk
2 capful rosewater                 pinch of angelica

Mix dry ingredients throughly, adding swet milk until a stiff dough forms. Roll dough out to a thin layer and cut into round cakes, rolling yet again. They should be thin as paper, as they will swell in baking. Dredge them in flour. Put in a well greased baking pan and bake in a quick oven (about 425 degrees) til lighly brown. Serve with sweet cream butter

Mabon Wine Moon Cider
4 cups apple juice
4 cups grape juice
2 cinnamon sticks, 4 inches long (additional sticks for 6 cups, about 6 inches long)
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves

In a 4 quart saucepan, heat cider and grape juice. Add cinnamon, allspice and cloves. Bring it to a light boil, then lower heat, and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with laddle from cauldern. makes 8 cups.
