Cats Are People, Two
More Information Than You Ever Thought You'd Know About the MZ Cat Family...
Bella
and Jack. Their full names are Isabella Angelica Marie Bravercat-Lamp and
Jackson Baytes Bravercat-Lamp. Melissa got them from
Kitty City in Tampa.
BELLA has a weird problem with her eye. She had some sort of eye infection as a kitten. She still gets a little eye-yuck, and it affected her personality as well: she is supershy. Bella likes sleeping behind the futon, running towards you and then away from you, ladybugs, and snuggling. She does NOT like Cauldron. And sometimes Jack.
JACK
is Bella's big brother (well, they are from the same litter, but Jack is a huge
cat, so I think that counts). He's superfriendly. He likes people --
all people: mailmen, neighbors, delivery drivers, anybody who might pet
him, treats, to be offered table food (but he won't eat it for some reason), and
being wherever he is not. Jack's only dislike is Zeb leaving the room.
CAULDRON Charcoal Lamp came from Zeb's (or Jed's...no finger-pointing here) cat's litter. Miss Kitty had a bunch of kittens late in life, and we were lucky enough to get Cauly and Wintercoat (she ran away when we got to Missouri...missed Minnesota, I guess). Cauly likes being bad, table scraps, answering to other cats' names, taunting Bella, crawling under things (such as blanket, etc. -- see picture linked to his name for evidence of this) and jumping in your lap and staying there no matter what. Cauldron dislikes strangers, but once he warms up to you, he's your lapcat for life.
