The Tigers have put the cleaners through a struggling Panthers outfit by scoring 5 tries to 2 in a 28 - 12 victory at Penrith Stadium.

The Panthers started the scoring early with a try to Rhys Wesser. However, apart from this early setback, the Tigers regrouped and scored shortly after through a Matt Seers try. Matt Seers had one of his best games in the last few years playing at centre. He was quick, made a few try saving tackles, and also took on a more senior role in the side. With the late withdrawals of Pearson and Galea, the Tigers maintained their composure throughout the match.

Hassan Saleh had a very good game and is getting better by the day. Also the Tigers forwarsds kept on top of the Panthers all game. With the scoreline reading 22 - 6 at halftime, the scoreline could of been anything except for a few errors creeping into the Tigers game in the second half. The Tigers scored 90 seconds into the second half, which demorolised the Panthers. The Panthers managed a clever try 5 mins later yet the Tigers manage to hold them out. However, they managed to butcher 3 certain tries on the way.

The halves combination of Jeffries and Withers worked well, and with more time playing together, they can form a very lethal partnership!
