JAN HOWARD
To anyone who might know Jan Howard, she is one of the gutsiest as well as talented ladies in Country music. Her life is graphically described in her frank best selling autobiography, Sunshine and Shadow. Jan Howard's first solo single, "The One You Slip Around With" entered the charts and rose to the Top 15 and today, it is still her most requested song. Jan became a member of the Grand Ole Opry on March 27, 1971.

STU PHILLIPS
Through the history of country music, there have been several eminent Canadians to have made it in Nashville. Among those is Montreal-born Stu Phillips, known as the "Western Gentleman," who first came to star prominence in the mid-60's and is still creating fine music today. On June 1, 1967, he was added to its membership. All agree that Stu Phillips truly does "get better all the time."

HANK LOCKLIN
Longevity tells the success of the Grand Ole Opry's Hank Locklin. Locklin reached country music's zenith with such stands as "Please Help Me I'm Falling" and a song he wrote, "Send Me The Pillow That You Dream On." One of the most distinctive voices in country music, Locklin joined the Grand Ole Opry in 1960.

DAVE ROWLAND
Dave Rowland was the first G.I. to receive a theatrical scholarship from the army. Later he joined the famous gospel group, "J.D. Summer and the Stamps Quartet", who did the backup singing for Elvis Presley. He also was part of the group, "The Four Guys" and performed weekly at the Grand Ole Opry.

JO-EL SONNIER
Jo-El has been the undisputed "King of Cajun" for the past 20 years. A couple of his top 10 hits include "Tear-Stained Letter" and "No More One More Time." With three Grammy nominations under his belt foir his traditional French recordings, Jo-El continues to record and perform his traditional music to crowds around the world.

JETT WILLIAMS
Jett Williams, daughter of Hank Williams, made her professional singing debut to a standing ovation on June 4, 1989. She's also known for her philanthropic work with various organizations, such as Shenandoah Valley Center for Therapeutic Riding and the Administration's Take Pride in America program. The rights to her life story have been acquired by CBS and is being developed as an event movie of the week. Jett made her debut on the Grand Ole Opry New Year's Eve, 1993, the anniversary of her dad's death.

KENNY GILL
Kenny Gill's versatile guitar talent has grace the live performances and recording sessions of a virtual who's who of notable music greats. The mellow tones of his guitar are always sweet whether he's playing Country, Pop, Jazz, Big Band or Rhythm & Blues. Quite a country picker, Kenny has performed and toured with Governor Jimmy Davis since 1972.
