Questions
1. From what I have read (maybe this is not accurate) there is very little actual hands-on, child-directed science inquiry going on in elementary classrooms today . Given the benefits, why is this so and what are the obstacles?
2. The different aspects of the science inquiry process (sciencing) can be controlled largely by the child or by the teacher. Is there a difference in in regards to this in the different articles we read?
