Just a few rules

1. DO NOT submit:
    a. Incomplete sites
    b. Redirected urls
    c. Porn, hate, or racist sites
    d. Sites with ANY nudity
    e. Sites with excessive swearing
2. 404(missing) pages is a no-no
     403(forbidden) pages are even worse!!!
3. No kEyBoArD aBuSe!!!
4. No ghetto talk: it pisses me off
